Message	call me lucky or what you will but my interactions with Ash have been great thus far.... I have a Zem and Fan set up for my koyo from Ash... I did buy these 2nd hand and have not yet bought from him directly..(I wont hesitate when I need somthing else) however I have had some issues with these products and I recive answers promptly and his Cust. service has been good to me...the fan set up was damaged in shipping and Ash was able to offer me replacement parts ASAP..I have also picked his brain numerous times as far as set up and tunning questions and always get an answer and am encoraged to ask more if need be... Just my experiance but it does not go along with what is being said and people should know these facts as well...
